At Paria Outdoor Products, we stand behind our gear and want to ensure you are fully satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your equipment, you can return or exchange unused items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the unused gear in its original packaging, ensuring all tags, stakes, and accessories are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse inspects and processes your return, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out your new gear within 5-7 business days.
